Jamie is awesome. She’s helped me achieve my weight goals and is now helping me to maintain them. She is also there when I need an energy boost, but is not not pushy about the other services. She lets you know they are available and then you decide what you need. Felling droopy, add the B12 boost. Just want your normal dose? That’s ok too. We’ve been going to her for over a year and I feel amazing.
