I have been going here for years. Anne Marie is stellar. They use top of the line machines and spend extra time when needed. Clean and nice environment. Prices are not unreasonable.
I came here about 3 years ago for coolsculpting and had a great experience. I decided to come back for more, I have called about four different times in the last week, ready to schedule an appointment and buy the service during regular business hours and it went straight to voicemail every time. They didn’t even say the business name in voicemail message, so I’m not sure if they are still in business.

I paid $2400 to have cool sculpting done on my arms before my wedding. I was supposed to have a follow up appointment but because COVID happened that was never rescheduled. I saw absolutely no difference and the “25%” reduction per session did not happen. I paid for 2 sessions! I don’t understand all these good reviews because I saw absolutely NO difference. I workout 5 times a week and am only 26 years old so there is no reason for me not to have seen results unless this place is a total scam. I want my money back!
I purchased Groupon in February and have been trying to receive service or refund since June! I did receive correspondence from Summer twice, the last being that I would receive a full refund of $259 but have yet a refund or any further contact. The responses I did receive has magically disappeared from view! I purchased in good faith and don’t understand why businesses can rip people off like this Totally understood delay during Covid quarantine, but no excuse at this time!!
