I highly recomment vitality physiotherapy at findlay creek, I attended their movement program before surgery and post surgery. Arman is a great physiotherapist, his techniques are well researched and he works at the right pace for you and ensures the exercises are suitable for your progress and checks you are doing then correctly live in the workout session. Overall, the staff and the therapists at Vitality are very welcoming and professional at the same time.
I just got a deep tissue massage with Marcus, that is exactly what I needed. The clinic is beautiful, I highly recommend!
