Worked with Ben for 4 months for two injuries. He's incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely a great guy who cares about his patients and their progress. The exercise plan given is consistently modified as I progressed and tailored to address both injuries. I noticed significant improvement. I loved it! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I consulted Émilie Pinard for pelvic floor postnatal physiotherapy in April 2026. My experience with her was great. She helped me achieve my goals and gave me effective exercises. Best place! Best service! Thanks team Vitality.
I came to Vitality Findlay Creek to seek help for lower back pain due to degenerative changes, significant scoliosis, and other factors. I was literally looking for a "quick fix" as I had a walking trip planned in a month's time. Arman rose to the challenge by assessing and providing a mix of manipulations and exercises. I've been seeing Arman since September, and I can't recommend him highly enough. He takes the time to listen to every question and concern I have and actually addresses them in a way that makes me feel heard and understood (and not silly for asking). Je recommande vivement la rééducation du périnée avec Emilie Pinard. Elle est très attentive et à l’écoute de ses patients et on ressent la passion qu’elle a pour son métier. Grâce à son accompagnement j’ai pu récupérer efficacement après deux accouchements en apprenant à contrôler mon périnée et le travailler pendant le sport tout en appréciant chacune de nos séances.
