I have been receiving treatment at Vitality Service since 2023, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and welcoming atmosphere every time I visit. The admin staff are always kind, friendly, and very accommodating, which makes each experience comfortable from the moment you walk in. Vanessa is awesome! She was very attentive, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. I had self-referred myself, so I didn't have any idea what to expect or what was wrong with my knee. She took the time to really listen and investigate the root cause(s) and created a treatment plan tailored to me, adjusting it as needed along the way. Run, don’t walk!!! One of my absolute go-to spots for massages and chiropractic care. I’ve been treated by several of the massage therapists there and have nothing but amazing things to say. Taryn and Morgan (RMTs) are fantastic at pinpointing where my pain or discomfort is coming from and focusing on those areas. I have seen Jeru Tamundong recently for a foot injury and, a couple of years ago, for chronic calf pain. He is an excellent physiotherapist. Both issues were completely resolved. The set-up at Vitality's Orleans location, with rehab specialists guiding you through exercises after treatment by your physiotherapist, is very effective. I highly recommend this facility.
