So cool, super relaxing, tried the water massage & o2 bar both very tranquil, loved it , also want to say thankyou to Myriah the lady working that was taking care of me she was super pleasant and made me feel comfortable , I really enjoyed that experience at the vitality o2 bar @ canery row ,definitely recomend you got to make that a stop when visiting !!!

Great experience! First time getting an aqua massage. I signed up for the 20 minute session. I feel 15 and 20 minutes would be ideal as it took about 5 minutes for my body to fully relax. I started off with a faster full body mode and then moved the jets to go slower and harder to help my muscles relax from a hard workout the day before. I recommend having your finger on the hold button which will allow you to hold the jets in any tension spots you may have during the massage.
