When I had an acute stress-induced illness a friend recommended that I try floating at Vitality. After the first session, I was sold, and I think the deep relaxation offered by both the tank and the room were a major part of my recovery. Now I try to float every few weeks as it always offers rest and improved my mood. Everyone there is so friendly, the tea at the front desk is delicious, and they even sell delicious herb-infused chocolate bars. I highly recommend Vitality!
Love coming in for a monthly, customized massage. Anah is great and always takes the time to check what I'd like to focus on each session. I always leave feeling relaxed - highly recommend!
I had a great experience here. The facilities were clean and inviting. Staff were friendly and helpful. I did a float in a pod, and it was awesome. I switched between complete sensory deprivation and a combo of light and gentle sounds. The water was warm, it was private, and amazing for my joints with all the Epsom salts and magnesium they fill the pod with. I had a 75-minute massage with Natalia. I usually need a lot of work on my shoulders/back and legs. She did a great job, pressure was perfect, and she added cupping and hot stones for me (which I love). It was a relaxing experience and helped release a lot of the tension and soreness in my muscles. The spa also has a nice ambiance, and I found it easy to find parking. I’ll definitely go back.
