I should have walked out the moment I saw how filthy the place was. The treatment room had used needles lying around, and the chair still had makeup stains from the last client. Zero hygiene standards—I'm terrified I might get an infection!
I was lured in by their "discounted Botox specials," but you get what you pay for. My face looks uneven, and when I went back to fix it, they told me I'd need to pay for another session! No accountability, no concern for results.
The person administering my Botox seemed like they had no formal training. They were watching a YouTube video before starting my injections. I left with horrible bruising and uneven results. This place should be shut down!
Once they take your money, they do not care. I had a terrible reaction after my treatment, and when I called for advice, they ignored my calls and emails. I had to go to another clinic to fix their mistakes!
I had the worst experience here! The staff rushed through my Botox treatment, barely explaining anything. The injector didn’t even wear gloves and seemed more interested in getting me out the door than doing the job properly. Avoid at all costs!
