I’ve been seeing Taylor for several years now, and the impact it has had on my health and overall well-being has been incredible. Treatments have helped me so much with healing, reducing stress, and keeping my body balanced during different seasons of life. I always leave feeling calmer, more grounded, and supported in my wellness journey. I’m so grateful to have found such a knowledgeable and caring practitioner. Highly recommend to anyone looking for natural support for their health!

I couldn't recommend Vitality more. Taylor was thoughtful, helpful, and made me feel comfortable. I will be going back.

I had herbs and acupuncture for a few weeks, and now several months later I have had none of the gallstone pains I was getting earlier this year. I'm so happy to have avoided surgery!

I recently survived a diagnosis of "Stage 4 cancer of the head and neck of unknown origin", as well as the chemo and radiation treatment that went along with it! One of the most difficult long lasting side effects is my inability to produce saliva, to eat without fear of choking, to simply swallow, to maintain my dental hygiene. You name it. I never knew how much I depended on it. After taking all of the traditional medications with no luck, Dr Chao, my radiation oncologist at the VA suggested I consider trying acupuncture w... read more
