Very knowledgable, kind and welcoming. Marcin will hear all your concerns and provide solid plan to fix you up. Helped me with my wrists, they were going numb from riding a motorcycle. He taught me how to manage it, now the pain and numbness is gone, very pleased with the outcome. I think it was around 12 visits in total, over 2 months of excercises at home to get to where I am. I consulted Lelia in early December 2024 because I had injured my right waist. The pain was so acute that I could not walk on my own, let alone doing exercise.
