I cannot recommend Lia and the team at Vitalis highly enough. Very knowledgable, kind and welcoming. Marcin will hear all your concerns and provide solid plan to fix you up. Helped me with my wrists, they were going numb from riding a motorcycle. He taught me how to manage it, now the pain and numbness is gone, very pleased with the outcome. I think it was around 12 visits in total, over 2 months of excercises at home to get to where I am. All well communicated and managed by the staff. Thank You!
I consulted Lelia in early December 2024 because I had injured my right waist. The pain was so acute that I could not walk on my own, let alone doing exercise. After four months' treatment, my injury was recovered, and I can now go swimming and doing gym workouts as usual, without pain. Lelia was very caring and her assesment was accurate.
