I cannot recommend Lia and the team at Vitalis highly enough. Since ‘graduating’ from physio to the group rehab gym, my flexibility, strength and stamina have improved far beyond what I thought was possible when I first went to see her, breathless and with rib and back pain that severely impacted my daily life. Marcin is a fantastic physio. He helped resolve my shoulder issue within just three weeks, and now we’re making great progress on my hip tendinosis — working not just on the pain, but also on strengthening the surrounding muscles to support long-term recovery. Very knowledgable, kind and welcoming. Marcin will hear all your concerns and provide solid plan to fix you up. Helped me with my wrists, they were going numb from riding a motorcycle. He taught me how to manage it, now the pain and numbness is gone, very pleased with the outcome. I think it was around 12 visits in total, over 2 months of excercises at home to get to where I am. All well communicated and managed by the staff. Thank You!
