This is the first time using Vitalis Transportation Services. Emmanuel was very attentive and friendly. Karina and Kaylee were very professional and helpful in transporting my mom to her Dr appointment. I highly recommend their services!!

Since my father became Paraplegic, we’ve had a tough time finding the right care we needed. Not only for his long term care, also for his Stretcher transportation needs. We finally found a perfect place at San Juan Nursing, and through -Vitalis Medical Transport-, we found the best care to take him to and from his medical appointments.
