My best advice is if you are not looking to lose over 100lbs. Please walk away. I went into the facility and my goal was only to lose 20lbs. I was skeptical about signing up in the first place so the owner (patricia) allowed me to do a 6 month period. I was told about the cancellation process, but was informed I would only be charged for the scan. I was okay with that.
