Ours was a very difficult case. In the past we had a person who submitted our application for permanent resident status but unbeknownst to us was that he was a confidence trickster. This is a very involved process and requires substantial knowledge and experience. She was so good and professional as we're here whole staff. Now I'm the proud holder of a green card.
