In early March 2025, I scheduled a tour at VITALIA Rockside which offers Independent living, Assisted living and Memory Care conducted by Katie and Christine. We viewed all areas which were bright, clean and spacious. The employees were cheerful, polite and upbeat. After, I enjoyed a lunch which was delicious. The residents that I spoke to (some I knew and some I didn't) commented that they were happy to be living there at VITALIA. It is nice to have such a beautiful facility in the neighborhood!
Staff was so very polite and considerate of my situation and needs for my loved one. Their input was greatly appreciated
This place is very nice I didn't expect it to be so luxurious this is definitely a place to be for seniors with a little money 5 Star
VITALIA Rockside is not just an amazing place to live, but an excellent place to be employed. From activities for the residents, special events, and dining experiences unlike anything that I've seen from other facilities. It has truly been a great experience being apart of such an awesome team.
This rating of a 5, is specifically for a director. That director is Katie Crespo, Adult Living Director. The kindness and compassion she shows to the residents goes above and beyond. She treats all residents equally regardless of their age or limitations. She is always there for them and for the families. If allowed, I know she would be the voice for those residents who can't speak. My sister who is a resident with dementia loves Katie.
