Absolutely disgusting service. Was forced to pay for a new pendant as telstra got rid of 3G, had to pay extra for this change thinking the pendant was ours. This is not the case, we paid the $100 for the new unit to be changed over only not to keep. This was not explained and they are demanding that we return the unit as we are cancelling due to another monthly fee increase. Terrible communication!!!!!
The initial contact was difficult, I suppose they are short staffed like everyone but the technician was great! They are very thorough and give one a feeling of well-being...I do think that it is worth for peace of mind..
