I visited Jason at Vital Six for the first time with some worrisome pain in my achilles. It was bad enough that, 6-weeks out from my race, I stopped running entirely. Within the first visit, Jason had identified a cause that was a surprise to me and his counsel helped me feel much more confident about how to proceed and get back to training. Vital Six is great! I was a baseball player at Rockhurst and during my freshmen year I had inflammation in my shoulder nothing major but was keeping me from throwing 100%. After getting in with Jason and Julia my arm felt great. They gave me corrective exercises on what I should do to strengthen my shoulder and within 2-3 weeks my arm is feeling great throwing 100% effort and throwing harder than I was before.
I had a really great experience with Dr. Gearhart! He was friendly and made the sessions comfortable and easy to follow. The exercises felt manageable instead of overwhelming. I noticed improvement with my pain over time and I’d definitely recommend Vital Six to anyone needing physical therapy.
Hi I’ve had a great experience working with Vital. They really take care of you and make sure you return to who you were before. The things they do and work on help so much like building strength, or mobility, or anything you need to get back right. There always listening if you say something doesn’t feel right or anything they will do something different so you feel comfortable. Really good area and trainers
Jason is amazing! I’m a drummer and a bar tender and I was pretty scared that I was going to have to give up both because of some really bad pain that had started in my shoulder and then traveled to my elbow.
