Jason is very attentive when listening to my symptoms/concerns. He takes this information and formulates a sound plan for our sessions and homework. He gives clear instructions and cues so that I am successful with my home exercises. Scheduling is easy and he's always punctual. 10/10 recommend.
I went through a year of many surgeries. Feeling hopeless and not knowing if I would get mobility back Dr. Jason worked with me and helped me regain strength and feel myself again. It was a lot of hard work he’s honest about the effort it takes but if you’re willing to work with him he will help you I promise !!!
This was my third time coming to Jason; this time for knee strengthening and hopefully to avoid knee replacement in the future. After 12 visits, I feel stronger and more confident when using my knees, bending, and I am back to my rowing machine workouts daily. What I appreciate about Jason is that he tailored my therapy so that it was hard enough to get better, but not so hard I didn’t want to do it.
