Based on other reviews, I was dreading coming here. It ended up being super pleasant, quick, and easy. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes with two copies of my daughter's birth certificate. The clerk at the desk was very friendly and helpful.
Went in today to get a certified copy of a birth certificate. Very easy process. In and out in 15min with the certificate in hand. I was able to pay with a card.
Certified document request denied incorrectly. State of Maine online shows a grandchild can receive documents but VRO does not follow rules
Been on hold for over an hour and half and it's the second day in a row,need info so I can help my grandma and they won't even answer the phones
