If I could give no stars concerning this matter I would. Not only did I NOT receive the death certificates I purchased, I did not receive any reimbursement for the lack thereof. This has been over two years ago. I have yet to correspond to anyone associated with the company. The phone number is false and they don't respond to any emails.
I ordered a certificate from these people and I haven't recieved anything yet. Why do they do that to ppl? They are scamming ppl out of their money!!!!
Worst company EVER. waited for months on a record. cant ever get ahold of them. Hopefully will be getting a refund. They are only open 11 to 3. THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY. Government agencies really need to look into this company.
I also spent money and have made multiple attempts to reach them regarding a birth certificate for several months. I was also redirected, from a government website, to go to this source. This is so disappointing that it is apparent that this is a fraud but the website has not been taken down.
I really believe this website is a scam they took my money never refunded it & I have yet to receive a death certificate I wish I would have read the other reviews before I sent my money off
