I ordered a birth certificate weeks in advance for a deadline. When it came, it had two other certificates of complete strangers. Terrifying not only because I have other people's information, but now I have no idea who had mine. AND we are now crunched for our deadline. They wouldn't refund me either because I ordered online. I’ve been trying since the end of may to get my daughter’s new birth certificate and I have called every week since and still NOTHING. I didn’t get told all the information or all the fees that I had to pay in the start of the process. I finally get all the information and pay all the fees Aug 15 and I got told it would be 2 weeks till I received the certificate and still NOTHING. I was able to get right in and out of Vital Statics with no hassle. I brought all the documents the website had noted they would need. There was not a line or a long wait. Monday, the sweet lady who helped me was so knowledgeable and kind. She listened to my sob story and was very understanding. This was definitely a great experience in spite of the emotional rollercoaster I had been on for the last 3 days! If possible I would give Monday 10 stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟😊

Needed amending on my moms death certificate so I could take it to my dual nationality appointment… got it done, very helpful, knew what she had to do… knowledgeable and co workers help and info got it done!! Need more workers like these in all company world wide!! Knowledge, kind and friendly!
