I was able to get right in and out of Vital Statics with no hassle. I brought all the documents the website had noted they would need. There was not a line or a long wait. Monday, the sweet lady who helped me was so knowledgeable and kind. She listened to my sob story and was very understanding. This was definitely a great experience in spite of the emotional rollercoaster I had been on for the last 3 days! If possible I would give Monday 10 stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟😊
Needed amending on my moms death certificate so I could take it to my dual nationality appointment… got it done, very helpful, knew what she had to do… knowledgeable and co workers help and info got it done!! Need more workers like these in all company world wide!! Knowledge, kind and friendly!

Sorry, I can't use a zero star review. The state STOLE my money. I paid for a duplicate birth certificate, they couldn't even find a record of me being born. They say absolutely NO REFUNDS!!!!!! avoid having your money stolen, DO NOT USE!!!!!
