I ordered a birth certificate weeks in advance for a deadline. When it came, it had two other certificates of complete strangers. Terrifying not only because I have other people's information, but now I have no idea who had mine. AND we are now crunched for our deadline. They wouldn't refund me either because I ordered online. I’ve been trying since the end of may to get my daughter’s new birth certificate and I have called every week since and still NOTHING. I didn’t get told all the information or all the fees that I had to pay in the start of the process. I finally get all the information and pay all the fees Aug 15 and I got told it would be 2 weeks till I received the certificate and still NOTHING. I was able to get right in and out of Vital Statics with no hassle. I brought all the documents the website had noted they would need. There was not a line or a long wait. Monday, the sweet lady who helped me was so knowledgeable and kind. She listened to my sob story and was very understanding. This was definitely a great experience in spite of the emotional rollercoaster I had been on for the last 3 days! If possible I would give Monday 10 stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟😊
