Sorry, I can't use a zero star review. The state STOLE my money. I paid for a duplicate birth certificate, they couldn't even find a record of me being born. They say absolutely NO REFUNDS!!!!!! avoid having your money stolen, DO NOT USE!!!!!
Quick and easy.
I wish I could do 0 stars. They never sent our daughter’s birth certificate to us. We reached out and they said they sent it. But we never received it. It’s now been months and we still never received it. We called the office and they were extremely unhelpful and said that it wasn’t their fault that the post office lost the certificate. They said we have to reorder and pay for another certificate to be sent. We did nothing wrong on our side but WE have to pay them to send another? Not a chance.
