My husband and I used Vital Image Photography for photography and day-of-coordination services. OVERALL: We are happy with the services Vital Image provided. While we can't say everything was perfect, the good overshadowed the bad. We had Tom for our photographer and Valery was out day of coordinator. Our DJ James was fantastic and responded to any questions we had in a timely manner. The online portal was very clear and helpful. James checked in with us both before the wedding while planning was taking place and at the wedding to see if there were any last minute changes that were needed. The dance floor stayed active the whole night with great songs and lots of positive feedback came from our guests about the music.
I could not recommend James more! He was amazing, listened to everything I said, was insanely attentive, and really made our dancefloor come to life. In fact, the music choices were so good that I only left the floor once for a sip of water! Thank you so much James!
We felt so lucky to have Lucca as our photographer. She met with us prior to the wedding to get to know us and understand our goals. The day of the wedding went so smoothly. She is a master with the camera and had many creative ideas during our pre-wedding photos. She also took many candid photos during the ceremony and reception as well as posed family portraits. They did an amazing job shooting the video for our wedding in September at The Deco in West Allis. It all came out beautifully and Kevin and Valery were really easy to work with. Very professional and timely. Love it!
