I saw Barbara Feb 2021 and in one year I lost 66 pounds just by changing my diet. No exercise... just diet. This is a lifestyle change and I'm going to stick to it. I feel amazing! She is worth every penny. There is a reason why she has such a long wait list for an appointment. If you do what she recommends nothing but great things will happen to you! Barbara was amazing she helped me put all the pieces of my health puzzle together and I now have a plan. Her office staff were so helpful. After my appointment I had a couple of questions about the supplements she recommended. He was so helpful & answered my questions.

I absolutely loved my experience with Barbara. I brought my husband in because he is a skeptic. And I found out I have MTHFR genetic disorder. Which is causing a lot of my issues. I had covid and I was a huge long hauler. She was very good at determining what my body was depleted of what my body was allergic to Great tons of information. That I've continued to use since November of 2020 and I'm still recovering because COVID really did a number on me. Anyways she was a great help and I definitely am going to come back.

Took my son for some health issues and in less than 10 days he was coming back about 25%. And in 3 weeks, 75%. Barbara said this will take 3 months for full healing, but WOW - what a difference. So grateful for Barbara Griffin. I highly recommend her.
