Chris is very knowledgeable about healing the body with nutrition, and holistic therapies. I’ve learned so much from him about health. Highly recommend.
We came to Vital Foundations when my daughter was having skin issues and she was diagnosed with leaky gut from our naturopath. I have had UTI's my whole adult life. In the past, I would take cranberry pills and they would help somewhat, but inevitably, I would end up with another one and the cycle would start again, treatment with antibiotics. Chris prescribed me a probiotic that is specifically for my issue and I haven't had another UTI since! I can't thank you enough Chris!
