I had an amazing experience with Vital Force! Before working with Dr. Rachel I was dealing with hip pain while running. After starting PT my hip pain gradually decreased and my running improved. My cross country times dropped by more than minute after starting PT which helped me and my team advance to state! Highly recommend!!

I have been going to Vital Force for about 3 months and really have noticed a difference in the ability of the training. I haven't had any injuries since I have been going. I definitely recommend giving it a try.
This has been an amazing experience! Dr. Rachel took her time in the first session to fully evaluate my issues. She then was saying my issues could cause minor problems elsewhere (which they did and I didn’t mention those lesser issues!). Dr. Rachel listens to me when I tell her what items/exercises that she recommends works and builds on those.
