I've been working with Rachel for a few months now for low back pain. I have not been a person to work out consistently for most of my life. Having to start now to address my pain while strengthening my core has been a challenge for me. Rachel meets me where I am at, at each appointment and gives me thoughtful advice, motivation and a working plan to help me continue to build strength. I highly recommend her!

As a college athlete, this was great for me to analyze my running form and figure out why I have pain on my right leg/glute. Dr. Bryan walked through my form and how I can help balance myself out with exercises. This is beneficial information that can help any runner train better. I would definitely recommend!
