I have been seeing Justin at Vital Body for about a month now and I wish I knew about this place sooner. I am in an accelerated nursing program and I keep all my tension in my upper back and Justin completely alleviated that. He is super professional, kind and really takes interest in knowing your problem areas. He has also given me strategies to stretch at home and they REALLY work!! Great sports massage therapy. If you are looking for someone new, Justin is great. Highly recommend.
Nice clean professional location. Every time I first arrive Justin asks if there’s any area i would like him to focus on. He does a great job of working out areas that need some attention. He really knows how to pinpoint a specific area such as hamstring shoulder quad or just about anything else. It’s impressive how good he is. I wouldn’t consider using anybody else for this type of therapy.
As an athlete and a physical therapist I’m picky with who I trust to help me. Vital body is the best - Justin is unmatched in his skill and attention to detail. I recommend him often and will continue to do so!
I learned of Justin through my Physical Therapist and am so glad I did. Justin is very skilled and listens to what is going on with your body, making him better able to help with the aches and sore spots that may be bothering you. I can't stress how adept he is with helping me to manage the many knots and aches and pains I have from Fibromyalgia. I highly recommend Vital Body!
