Had a massage with Jake and was amazed by his intuition! He of course asked where I was sore/tight at the start but then also found areas I’d forgotten about and once released, my whole back felt amazing! 10 out of 10 recommendation!

I had a crazy sore neck over Christmas that was also giving me headaches I had a session with Lucy at Vital Acupuncture of massage and acupuncture and headaches gone and I can move my neck freely again. If you haven’t tried acupuncture give it a go it is amazing.
