CUSTOMER SERVICE 0/5 Will never accept a package virtually again because it was not there when I got home and Vitamix refuses to refund or replace the item. Took a tour. So glad I did because I learned some interesting things. Great Company!
I used my $1200 vitamix machine to make smoothies around once a month.So the machine has made less than 100 drinks in its lifetime and it failed two months after the warranty expired. Really bad quality in my opinion for the amount that you pay! Major disappointment getting the brush off from them when I got in touch… I will never buy from this company again. Buyer beware!
Their customer service is quite literally.. lacking. It’s Jan 2 and they’re still closed for the holidays? I ordered from them online a week ago and they’re still unable to ship the equipment—at least there are no updates whatsoever. Not even an email saying deliveries will take longer. It just feels like they’ve shut down completely (until who knows when—they don’t even say) and you only find out when you call customer service. Oh right, they don’t email back either.
