No One Can Match Their Products and Experience I used this source for about 10 years and would even fly in from overseas to load up on all the natural products they have available. Wish I lived close enough to shop their weekly for all my herb and nutritional needs. Fantastic staff with extensive knowledge and training. Always helpful and many sources of printed information to review at hand.
The rest of the story The Vita-Man has always been great for me. People there have always treated me nicely. Plus their knowledge. To the person with the bad review. I retired from retail and some days are hectic, not to mention you may have taken what happened out of context. You do not know what other trouble the company had given the store. Great Service I have been in the store a number of times and have always been treated very well. If you think they are rude you should go to Mountain View. The people there don't know any thing, they want to give you something other than what you are looking for and if you tell them you don't want that, they tell you to go to Vita Man.
Unhappy The owner is very rude and I heard her tell someone on the phone that she was busy and wouldn't look up information on her invoice. If you are a store and you order product, shouldn't you pay for it. We the customer pay when we go into her store, so what is the difference. The economy is far too hard on people and I'm sure the company that sold to her, needs money to pay it's employees as well. If she didn't have product from them, she wouldn't be able to be busy and have product to sell, so she should have told the ... read more
