I've been here since December 19th 2024, Employees? Every single one of them is excellent in caring for everyone. I've recently decided to Move back home in South Bend. I'm definitely going to miss EVERYONE definitely the Residents here. I Love every single one of you. God Bless Everyone.
I wouldn’t let these people take care of my dog! Terrible place to live. Workers and management are totally disrespectful. My aunt has unexplained broken bones and bruises. Not a good place.
My dad passed away. So my family was trying to figure out whom we could speak to about donating some furniture. My dad had also paid a month in advance on his rent. I attempted to speak with the administrator or someone who could help with donating items to other residents who may have been able to use them. Also, to get back the rent he had paid in advance to use towards his burial cost. Absolutely could not get a call back from the administrator. Beautiful facility but the scheduler alone, I can’t take the building serious. There’s no way somebody was hired like that for that position!
