Driver was on time, very courteous, cautious and the ride was smooth. This is still an affordable car service.
Myself caretaker and Patient was taken to Manhattan for a Doctor's appointment Patient is handicap with a cane we called for return twice dispatcher very unprofessional was hanging up on my call , driver never called my Patient and I took the train !
