Absolute joke of a place and can't even get staff to stay! They take forever to process orders because of the backwards system they use from 2 decades ago, they don't have set pricing and charge customers whatever they want. They also advertise HEAPS of products on their website which are not even available or need to be ordered in with no mention of anything on the website to warn customers. AND THAT IS JUST GETTING STARTED! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Better off going to totally workwear or RSEA where they actually know their stuff... read more
They charge a restocking fee on items when they refund which is beyond a joke. I walked around for ages without being approached or asked if I needed assistance. Staff didn't seem to know anything even when I finally approached the young girl behind the desk and I ended b up givi ng up and going to totally workwear. At least they can help and know their stuff unlike this place! Rude staff, no knowledge and pretty sure I got ripped off with the pricing
I've bought all my apparel from here for the last five years if my employer doesn't provide it and/or if they accept I can source better elsewhere = this is the place. From front end service to top end management to back end despatch (the lady is awesome and is enthusiastic and knows her stuff). Hey... you can claim it on tax. If you've got the time they take their time to get it right. 10/10
