The staff was rude, and need trainings how to speak English , and understand English, and how to treat clients. The person , an older Chinese woman, in the reception on Wednesday afternoon, and was very rude and unable to attend to clients , in à manner that is tranquil and peaceful , since the place should presented an ambiance that was supposed to be zen and peaceful, the place became very noisy. After going to visual reflexology for over a year I will NEVER GO There Again! Besides the inconvenience of not having anyone truly fluent in English or capable of keeping basic records of clients scheduling. Their current receptionist is rude and a lies. In front of my face she said she wasn't there on my appointment day. One week ago. Then in the next breath said I was was wrong because SHE WAS THERE. I had not come alone that day. They will try to scam you. I handed her $100 to pay for a $40 massage and she tried to sneak a 20. When I told her she was short 20 she didn’t even question it and sighed that I realized and started speaking in her language over me.
LADIES BEWARE!!!! I went there on Saturday April 4, it was good but 2 thing that made me uncomfortable and I didn’t like, was that when the lady was massaging my back and lower back she kept on pulling the sheets down to the point that I was fully naked and I FELT LIKE I WAS BEING WATCHED!
