John is a friendly, understanding guy who's very accommodating. He converted my fiancee's grandmother's home videos and we got them to her for Christmas. She was moved to tears and the quality and ease of use was great. Now I've had him convert my grandparents wedding film and hope to find more things for him to digitize so we can use his services in the future.

John the owner of VIP did a fantastic job transferring all of my old tapes to a new format. Gets the job done quickly and accurately. Highly recommend
