I had my first appointment at this office and I knew this would be my "forever optometrist." Dr. Berry and her staff were so wonderful and personable from the moment I walked in. I had some optical concerns which Dr. Berry addressed and explained so thoroughly that I felt totally at ease. I recommend this family-owned practice to anyone looking for an eye doctor in the area. You won't be disappointed!
Just had a great experience at this office. I recently switched from a corporate big store and was floored with the service I received. Dr. Berry was attentive to my needs and explained her answers to my concerns. Instead of sticking me with 1 type of contact, she gave me multiple pairs to test out before making my final decision. I highly suggest waiting the extra week for an appointment, where they care about results instead of a customer quota.
Visual Eyes is the best!! Family owned, very friendly, nice office. I really enjoyed my time getting my vision checked. (Who wouldve thought) Great selection of glasses and great pricing. I highly recommend Visual Eyes!
The staff is efficient and goes above and beyond. Easy parking, nice selection of frames as well. The doctor is very knowledgeable and personable.
