I had my first interaction with Visual Eyes in Butler today and I was delighted to meet Kai and Kiera. All aspects of my eye tests were explained in detail with patience and respect. A report was sent to my GP before I got home! Kiera at the front desk also took time to explain the frames, pricing, Medicare and so on. It was a very pleasant experience and I pick up my new specs next week. I recommend Visual Eyes.
I’m really appreciated the help and service from the lovely team from Visual Eyes Optical Centre. Special thanks to optometrist Kai, who is nice, polite and professional. I was very concerned with my eye floaters. Knowledgeable Kai explained all the steps in detail, provided thorough eye exams with patient-centered care. My concerns were solved and questions were well answered. I 100% recommend this optical center!!!
I popped in today with a foreign body in my eye and Kai saw to me straight away. He did check with a client beforehand to see if they could and would wait for a few minutes to allow him to fix me up and the kind lady said of course. Kai explained everything that he was going to do and was truly excellent in his manner and approach. I would highly recommend seeing Kai and his friendly team in the future as there whole approach and attitude was second to none. Thanks guys for helping a distressed guy out today.
