Before we paid, we were lead to believe we would load in weehawken NJ. There was no communication otherwise. After we paid it then it told us to head to a location in New York to board. I called them and the guy that awnsered was very rude. I explained to him what the website said and he told me I was lying. He said the weehawken address is their headquarters but everything boards from new york. I asked for a refund or to change it to a later time so we could make it to new york and he wouldn't do it. Wish I could write about how the cruise went...instead I get to write about all the issues on even getting there. First of all, it isn't in Weehawken like the descriptions say it is. Departure is from Lower East Side. Best part about that is that you don't find out until the tickets are booked. Once you come to terms with the location change, getting there is a nightmare and a half, and actually figuring out where the docks is is near impossible. No Pointers. No easily locatable signs. Schedule is not fixed! Even if you have a ticket for a certain time, prepare to wait forever! Very disappointed! All very unfriendly, poorest customer service ever. They should certainly fire Juan Dejesus Santos, rarely have I met a more ignorant person before.
