I called to ask questions about how their medications worked, since I’m very unfamiliar with them and hormone therapy in general. A VERY rude man answered the phone and when I told him I’d been to other clinics in the area, told me not to call back ever again. Ok then.

Beata has the most incredible bedside manner. Every time I went to see her for an IV treatment or general consultation she listened attentively and never dismissed any of my concerns-she genuinely cares. I also have terrible veins that many nurses have struggled with in the past when drawing blood but Beata always found a vein on the first try. Not once have I had a bruise/pain/discomfort after she did bloodwork. She is very thorough in her questions which is incredibly reassuring to me as a patient.

Beata is great! I wasn't convinced that hormone replacement therapy could help me with my menopause symptoms, but after a very reassuring consultation with Beata I decided to give it a try. I have to say - I am glad I did. I can report that I sleep better, and my energy level is way higher and, consequently, I am much pleasanter to be around (per my husband's feedback). My mood swings have stopped. Five stars to Beata's winsome personality. She certainly makes one feel safe in her capable hands. Joan B.
