Dennis was absolutely amazing today! He was so quick, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend!

Lady in the office with the raspy voice is very rude. I rented a U-Haul but would never deal with this company cause of her.
Had to get my Hertz vehicle towed very far, and Jayson came to help us out. I didn't know tow drivers could be angels, but Jayson was definitely an angel in disguise.
Not very polite, super rude when asked simple questions. Not very friendly either, the lady on the phone just flat out rude and disrespectful each time she spoke. Not willing to work with insurance company and making everything harder than it is. Lady complains a lot about HER JOB, having to do this and that and just complains.
