I Love the team here at Vista PT, esp Michael my main therapist, very kind and gentle. But I love them all, Paul, Audra, and Natasha who also helped me if Michael wasn't available. And Misty at the front office who went out of her way to help me with the billing process, helping me immensely. Michael has helped me recover the usage of my Right arm (my dominate hand/arm). First, the PT I worked with was absolutely amazing! He is very knowledgeable, kind, and also knew when to push me harder. Unfortunately the billing system is absolutely horrific! I went 3 times a week for approx 9 months. I paid faithfully every single time and was told I had no balance. Then, about 8 months into my treatment, I got a letter from the billing office that I had an overdue payment from my very first visit. I have been to Vista Physical Therapy in Anna Texas several times for various medical recoveries and treatments over the last 3 years. I have always received excellent service and have no complaints whatsoever. Misty at the front desk is awesome. She takes the time to listen and helps me get insurance coverage validated and is very flexible when it comes to scheduling appointments.
