I wasn’t going to leave this review but feel it is necessary to mention. After repeated phone calls and attempts at a tour, the director finally called me, and said the social worker Craig would call me the next day. Well 2 days later he called and we had a tour set up with Craig on a Friday afternoon at 2:00pm. We showed up around 1:45 and went to the front desk and they asked why we were there. Great caring staff, private rooms for residents. Every room has a window. Meals are served in the dining room. Fully staffed with nurses and Healthcare aids. Doctor visits are regular. Activities available for residents. Nice courtyard for outdoor activities.
Great place.
The kitchen staff is very unprofessional, I don't understand why people would work here with a bunch of grumpy people. DON'T PUT YOUR ELDERS IN HERE.
