This place was a total joke at the Iola Swap Meet. We had one prepaid for my handicap father so he could get around a bit and they insisted on keeping my license for 2 days and that wasn't going to happen so I asked to cancel and they wouldn't give my money back. I placed a rental for the 28th at pate swap meet for two scooters for 2023 they’ve took my money 170 and didn’t give me any confirmation number and I haven’t been able to reach them I’ve called and called over the span of 5 days no answer left messages and no response there website says to message them there I’ve tried that still no replay
Just got back from the Sunbelt Ag Expo and the day was a hit thanks to this gang. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Will definitely call on them in the future for mobility needs!

My mom would not have been able to enjoy our mini vacation out to the Albuquerque Balloon Festival if it wasn't for you! She cannot walk long distances due to a knee injury/condition and you have made it possible! The customer service and representation of your company by Carri was superb!
