This place has a really peaceful vibe. The owners are talented, welcoming and well educated in the art of frequency healing. They have wonderful sound baths, I loved the vibral acoustic table and the spooky2 frequency scalar waves.
I would highly recommend Vista Mind & Body. I booked a massage with Yelena and she was very kind and understanding and made me feel very comfortable, she asked a lot of questions to make sure she understood what my body needed and could handle. She was very flexible with her schedule and I felt so much better after the massage, my pain decreased, her prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend Vista Mind and Body. I live in San Diego and was tired from traveling. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had.
