Top notch customer service.
We’ve tried this location multiple times and every single time we spend a MINIMUM of 15min waiting in the drive through banking lanes. I could understand if there was a line of cars ahead of us, but nope we drive straight up and still the service is awful. Not even a simple “hi please give us a minute and we will be right with you.” Instead we sit waiting.. thinking.. “do they even know we’re out here” even tho the banking window with workers is right in front of us.
