We’ve tried this location multiple times and every single time we spend a MINIMUM of 15min waiting in the drive through banking lanes. I could understand if there was a line of cars ahead of us, but nope we drive straight up and still the service is awful. Not even a simple “hi please give us a minute and we will be right with you.” Instead we sit waiting.. thinking.. “do they even know we’re out here” even tho the banking window with workers is right in front of us. Complicit in Fraud. We had a hotel charge our credit card even though we never stayed there. We notified vista bank to open up a dispute because we thought it should be resolved easily since it was obviously fraud. Unfortunately, Vista still allowed our money to be sent to this hotel because the hotel had already refunded half of the original charge. Vista said that because half was refunded there was nothing else they could do. We did hours of legwork and provided tons of evidence but it fell on deaf ears who were complicit... read more
