I would recommend another bank.
Recently they sent information about upgrading their system to a Treasury Management system. This has to be one of the most poorly executed system upgrades of any bank I have ever seen. The information they wanted you to type in doesn't work. When you call in they don't answer the phone, in fact the phone system just hangs up on you. What is going on with this bank. It may be good to avoid them and go to another bank for your business.
