I had been considering a Vispring for what feels like forever. I had an unending list of questions for Linda, the very pleasant and extremely patient store manger as I decided between the Tiara Superb and the Sublime Superb. I ultimately went with the Tiara in medium and couldn’t be happier, their delivery team was flexible and on time for a specific appointment, this is how service should be.

I had the pleasure of working with Linda at Vispring Boston on Newbury and am now the proud owner of a medium “just right” Tiara Superb. Linda took the time to properly guide me toward the Tiara, making recommendations based upon my feedback and her observations of how I looked on each mattress. She is a true professional in every sense of the word. We don’t like the feel of foam mattresses. Lots of mattresses are only one sided, but Vispring can be flipped and turned which was a plus for us. The store manager Linda was very helpful in leaving us alone to try the mattresses in peace without us feeling rushed. We ended up ordering a Coronet mattress, as both of us loved the floating, weightless feeling.
