After being without internet for 5 days I was extremely disappointed but Shannon in customer service was great and got a technician out on Monday. The technician was such a great guy, he did a fabulous job and really worked hard to fix the issue . I was very impressed. Thank you

Customer service is non-existent here. They don’t answer phones, IT barely speaks English and sounds like a call center with multiple other calls in the background, basic residential installs take months ending up with disappointing speeds. 10/10 would not recommend

I'm only getting 10% of internet speed I pay for. Regardless how many complaints we make nothing changes.

Nothing good to say..... i have had constant issues with visp, from speeds to total loss of service... every single email notification is a connection loss and re-established link... this goes on for quite some time...some margin of error as it may include power outage instances. 75 of these notifications in last few months..
