I'm only getting 10% of internet speed I pay for. Regardless how many complaints we make nothing changes.
Nothing good to say..... i have had constant issues with visp, from speeds to total loss of service... every single email notification is a connection loss and re-established link... this goes on for quite some time...some margin of error as it may include power outage instances. 75 of these notifications in last few months..

We’ve been with VISP pretty much since they started in the Winkler area. At the beginning it was rocky but they got it sorted our eventually. Every so often we have to go through the motions of trying to diagnose the problem for them when the speeds and ping go for a loop. Repeated rebooting, emails, phone calls buying new routers and then we are ok for a while. We’ve had to replace routers a lot since we went with visp. Terrible internet provider. Almost NEVER works and is extremely annoying and frustrating.
