Very nice visitor center with a display of animals that might be found in the park, plus a variety of items for campers, also some food items, beverages, beers,, warm clothes, souvenirs. You can rent boats and kayaks for the lake.
Every year we return! So many great memories!
I loved this park. So much to do for everyone. There are many trails, playgrounds, RV campgrounds, cabins, beach, ziplining, and more. We did the 2.5 mile Lake Trail loop. There were a couple times were it was not well marked. Like when you got to the dam and at the beach. Other than that we really enjoyed the easy yet long hike.
