Visiting Angels has been a huge help in supporting the needs of my mother and her ongoing issues and more recently when she fell and fractured her hip. Visiting Angels really stepped up when we needed additional help on relatively short notice.
Wish i could give them more. Dorie and staff were very helpful in getting my mom back up and around. Heather, the caregiver , I can't thank enough. She was given a tough task and made a HUGE difference in the progress of my mom. Picking a home care outfit to help with a loved one is a very personal and tough thing to do. Dorie (and Staff) and Heather worked very hard to make it as easy as possible. All made my family and Mom feel very comfortable and We can't thank them enough. 5 stars again is not enough.
Visiting Angels in Gilroy was a great help to me and my family. Dorie is a true professional in this field. She has great knowledge and experience in home care as well as matching patients to care givers. Heather was a perfect match for our mother. She really got mom motivated to doing her P.T and we saw great improvement in her mobility in a short period of time. I highly recommend Visiting Angels. I have worked with them during my many years as a home health and hospice nurse. I have had many interactions with Visiting Angels just by being a community member helping friends when they needed caregivers. I then needed 24 hour caregivers for my mother-in-law. I have never in all that time had any issues with the caregivers or with Dorie who manages everything. Dorie is so warm and approachable and communicative.
