Aside from myself, as caregiver with Visionwest, when I had a lengthy illness, I was completely ignored. Two months almost bedridden after 6 months unwell, not even a call from them. I know they treated another staff member without any care. We were taught how to care for clients, but zero care from Visionwest for their staff.
Some good, some bad. Even the emoyees say that it's chaos at Vision West. Have had some very argumentative workers standing their ground against the company policy. Workers always changing, latest turns up an hour early and skips out 30 minutes later. Worker cancelled without notice, when the office was contacted they claimed that we had cancelled. Nonsense.
Workers and office staff are all completely useless and unhelpful, don't use this company.
