Looking for other options, you should too! Services aren’t being delivered. My nana is supposed to be seen twice a day, one week we recorded 8 missed visits. She needs medication that is not being given to her? There is recorded evidence of medicine being throwing out when they miss a visit. Awful, appalling and will be making a complaint to the DHB or whomever else will listen.
