My husband and I recently move to Harbor Springs. Vision’s was one of only a few shops that would accept an out- of-state prescription. Shawn provided excellent service. She spent quite a bit of time researching the best frame options for the strength of my prescription and the shape of my face. I am very impressed with her attention to details. I'm vacationing in this area for a few weeks, and I needed my glasses fixed as they got bent. They were wonderful and realigned my glasses for me. As a progressive lens wearer, this was a life saver as I won't be home for a few more weeks to go to my regular optician. Thank you so much!!

Amazing customer service. My wife had a problem with her contacts and needed an emergency replacement while on vacation. Called about ten different optometrist and Visions was the only one who would help on a Friday afternoon. They quickly found her matching contacts and had everything ready for pick up. They also didn't take advantage of the situation and overcharge. We are very grateful for the Visions team. Highly recommend. Thank You
