OMG, this is the worst bank I've ever dealt with!!! They won't do ANYTHING to help the customer they only want to put the blame on everyone else!! TRASH TRASH TRASH!!!
I've been a member for over 25 years starting with paragon. I've never had such an incredible experience with this particular credit union as I have with an NICO (David) in the Oneonta branch. I just want to make mention that this bank should recognize how incredible this employee really is and how much they helped me with a single conversation. Thank you.
Love this bank. It offers so much more then my other bank always a cost. Everyone there is so nice and friendly, Would recommend going there and see the difference.
