I thought I was doing a great thing by opening up a checking and savings account. They all seem nice. The middle of July of 24 I started getting over draft letters from visions. Now this was at a time my son was in and out of the hospital and in nov he had in 3 weeks 4 surgeries and had to have another surgeries a week ago. My time was where it need to by my sons side. Had the most amazing experience here today! I went in to open a new business credit card and transfer a CD, and Veronica took great care of me! While we waited for other departments to help process the credit card, we closed up the CD, chatted, and had a great time! It of course took quite a while for everything to get processed, but that’s expected, and we made the most of it! She gave me great advice on other CDs to look into, and opened the door to any questions I may have regarding my new credit card like limits and cash... read more

My cousin had a terrible experience at this branch. She arrived with all the required documentation to open an account, but the representative named Veronica immediately changed her attitude once she heard her accent. I opened an account recently and it doesn't allow me to zelle money, use my card for atm transaction or allow me to add a new pin on the phone I made a huge mistake opening account with this place I'm thinking of closing this account and returning to Wells Fargo there is no one to help after Saturday afternoon if you call or use chat on other words you screwed if you have an issue on Sunday
