My cousin had a terrible experience at this branch. She arrived with all the required documentation to open an account, but the representative named Veronica immediately changed her attitude once she heard her accent. I opened an account recently and it doesn't allow me to zelle money, use my card for atm transaction or allow me to add a new pin on the phone I made a huge mistake opening account with this place I'm thinking of closing this account and returning to Wells Fargo there is no one to help after Saturday afternoon if you call or use chat on other words you screwed if you have an issue on Sunday

The teller (middle one among three tellers, I don’t remember her name) refused to take deposit with my valid DL. I opened another CU (MSGCU) in MI 10 years ago, and my DL at that time was renewed. She asked me to update my DL to current one; so, I did it in front of her with my CU customer service, and she still didn’t want to take my DL saying my current address has to match with the DL.
