From the security at door to the tellers at the window and the support in the offices, they are all very personable. Courteous and kind
Horrible branch. I went in about two years ago to close my accounts. The manager assured/confirmed everything had been closed. Flash forward to today, I received an overdraft charge and negative balance on my checking account. My checking AND savings had not been closed contrary to what I was told in October 2021. I am extremely disgusted and upset about this and now I am being forced to pay the charges. Please never use this credit union, I've had nothing but problems!
I am always blown away by how helpful Sydney is when I have questions of different services and products Visions offers.
Average wait time for the drive thru is 10 minutes plus no matter when you arrive. Average wait time inside is double that.
